The Acting Board of Directors held meetings this Sunday, where they discussed the recently created situation at the Trepca Company.
According to the announcement, two decisions have been made on this meeting.
The first decision is to open the competition for the position of Chief Executive Chief Trepca U.S.A., since this position has been with task officer for almost 2 years.
The board has also made the decision that the emergency Trepca Management will form commissions to present the exact state of labour conditions and work on identifying and offering better working conditions.
The board has recommended that it be worked on establishing the company's bodies to ensure financial stability and, subsequently, employees' monthly salaries be executed no longer than the following 10th month.
Among other things, decisions have been designed to continue to be considered consistent with the rules and laws in power, especially those for the recently created situation.

The Acting Board of Directors at the extraordinary meeting held with the date of 05/112023 has discussed the recently created situation at the US Trepca Company and has prioritized the demands of miners in the letter addressed to the Board by 02/11/2023. So the Board has taken these actions:
1. RECOMANDING to be worked on establishing the company's bodies to ensure financial stability and, therefore, employees' wages per month should be executed no further than the following 10th month.
2. V ENDIM to open the competition for the position of Chief Executive Chief Trepca U.S.A., since this position has been with a task guide for almost two years.
3. V IMITATE that the emergency Trepca Management forms commissions to present the exact state of labour conditions and to work on identifying and offering better working conditions.
4. Experiencing decisions that are consistent with the rules and laws in force, especially about the recently created situation.
The board assured once again the management that will continue to work in the best interests of the company and with professionalism and dedication will identify and address all issues aimed at advancing the strategic goals of the company.
