The Court of Korca has assigned the security measure “to jail at”, a 59-year-old man who was arrested three days ago under suspicion of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old.
He declined to admit he committed this criminal offence, while the suspect's defence has demanded a softer security measure for his client, Euronews.com reports.
The 59-year-old was arrested on Friday after being denounced to police by minor family members.
