The investigation against Milan Radojicic, who allegedly with some unknown persons, has committed criminal acts of production, possession and illegal trafficking of firearms and explosives and serious crimes against general security is under way. According to media N1, which is out of Vuciki's influence, the High Public Prosecutor's case in Serbia (VJT) has said evidence and evidence are being collected.
Radoic has admitted that he has participated in the September 24th attack on Zvecan Banjska.
As the VJT announced at that time, at the 3 October session, he denied the commission of criminal acts being charged, and after the hearing the prosecution proposed to the Supreme Court's Belgrade preliminary procedure judge that I leave the suspect in custody due to the risk of escape.

Kosovo authorities demand that Radoic be extradited to Kosovo while accusing Serbia of letting him go. Washington and Brussels have called on Serbia to co-operate in the investigation process.
