Radojcicicici acknowledged it was part of the Banjska attack, Prosecution in Serbia says it is collecting evidence against him

The investigation against Milan Radojicic, who allegedly with some unknown persons, has committed criminal acts of production, possession and illegal trafficking of firearms and explosives and serious crimes against general security is under way. According to media N1, which is out of Vuciki's influence, the High Public Prosecutor's case in Serbia (VJT) has said evidence and evidence are being collected.

Radoic has admitted that he has participated in the September 24th attack on Zvecan Banjska.

As the VJT announced at that time, at the 3 October session, he denied the commission of criminal acts being charged, and after the hearing the prosecution proposed to the Supreme Court's Belgrade preliminary procedure judge that I leave the suspect in custody due to the risk of escape.

On 4 October, the judge for the Supreme Court's preliminary procedure in Belgrade rejected the Public Prosecutor's proposal in Belgrade to appoint the detention measure, but he was assigned measures that prevented him from leaving Serbia's territory without the court's permission to enter Kosovo territory and was ordered to appear at the competent police station in the 1st and 15th of each month.

Likewise, Radojciqi has been temporarily confiscated from the travel document, respectively, Serbia's passport, and has been warned that it could be prevented if it violates the stated measures and obligations.

Several persons have been involved in the order to conduct investigations, for the time being, strangers, who are charged with criminally committing grave acts against General Security. Kosovo authorities demand that Radoic be extradited to Kosovo while accusing Serbia of letting him go. Washington and Brussels have called on Serbia to co-operate in the investigation process.
