The people arrested with initial R. I. (41) and M.M. (40), both Kosovo citizens, are suspected that on November 14th, 2023, in Vushtrri, serious theft has been committed.
After interviewing with the prosecutor's decision on the case, the two suspects have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
