Osman meets Ambassador Havenier: Association Draft Must Go to Constitutional

The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, hosted a regular meeting of US Ambassador Jeffrey Havenier, with whom she talked about recent developments in the country, as well as other topics of common interest.

The meeting also discussed the latest news from the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, where President Osmani stressed that Kosovo has consistently shown constructive parties, while Serbia continues with the selective approach that prevents the full implementation of the Brussels agreement and the Ohrid annex.

She also stressed that the proposal for the Association's dram should be submitted to review by the Constitutional Court, the Presidency reports.

Osmani underlined once again the importance of close co-operation with the United States to achieve progress in the dialogue process.
