Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti will report before the Kosovo Assembly today regarding the recent meeting in Brussels regarding the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. The Assembly will meet first by 11:00, Express reports.
Kurti had met with leaders of Germany, France and Italy on October 26th, and after the meeting, he had declared that he was ready to sign the proposal, which had been submitted to him on 21 October by the top five, concerning the founding of the Serb majority municipalities' Association.
Despite my offer, Serbia refused to sign the agreement and draft October 21st. Rather, she requested a side letter that would annul three principles of the agreement and the 21 October proposal. Accession means signing, and signing guarantees accession and implementation”, Kurti stated.
