According to Telegraph sources, the meeting is expected to be held around 1600 in the Government's environments.
Otherwise, Kosovo Police Special Intervention Unit members known as the FIT had protested in front of the Kosovo Government building on November 1st, seeking a change in job classification and greater additions to risk.
FIT's representative during the protest had said their dissatisfactions did not date from today, but are more than 10 years old.
“We are an elite unit of the Kosovo Police. Our discontent doesn't date from today, but over 10 years we've got promises and none of them have been realized. In the salary law, even though we asked for change nine months ago, our demands were not realised”, the FIT representative said.
The FIT representative made it known that their demands are: classification as separate entities and involvement in the expert list, risk being set to 50 percent of the basic salary and additions to specific working conditions.
Meanwhile, they had also warned a protest on November 7th that was suspended after Prime Minister Kurti had promised that he would wait at the meeting.
