A decade of dialogue brought a lot of documents titled as agreement and conclusion, but what would be isolated is that of association, which had been passed to this Assembly, returning international obligation.
In 2015, the agreement on principles that the Constitution found in 23 articles is added.
All agreements are made under the assumption of normalisation of relations and integration of the north.
Two deals like that 2013 and 2015, I stand without recognition.
Since we got the government, we've said we need a new approach where at the center is mutual recognition.
The main challenge was the legacy of dialogue that brought no recognition.
The government's primary focus was also where the demand of citizens was in the historic elections, for work and justice.
For us, Kosovo's demographic success and economic development also contributes to the rule of law in the north.
The rule of law in Aka often brings confrontation in the north, which, as seen, is sponsored by Serbia.
Criminals in the country's north were part of the ruling coalition over the years.
The Bazic Agreement and Ohrid Anex is an agreement for Kosovo's defacto recognition from Serbia.
This is the result of two years of dialogue.
The basic agreement and its Anex, in six lines of preamble, and the first five articles are recognitiond by Kosovo by Serbia.
Only one article, Article 7 of the agreement, is related to the heritage of dialogue by past governments.
On October 21st, we waited for five emissaries, who brought in a plan for moving forward.
This plan also includes a proposal for a draft statute to implement Article 7 of the agreement.
