On Friday he was arrested and sat in the accused's chair Saturday. Former KLA commander Isni Kilaj has been presented for the first time at the Specialised Chambers session in The Hague.
There it was said that the former leader of Malisheva had evidence that could undermine the judicial process until it became known that the prosecutor has not yet submitted the indictment to him, Klan Kosova reports.
Tests were presented Saturday on the capture of Kili, whose home was initially raided.
The defence, on the other hand, sought his release because, as it was said, there is no evidence of his guilt.
From the Special Prosecutor's Office, they said they are working to bring the indictment as soon as possible along with newly obtained materials.
On Monday, however, it will decide on the prosecution's request for continued detention.
