The first performance of Isni Kilajt, near The Hague Specialised Chambers, will be held on November 4th, starting at 10:00.
The first “Presentation will be the public session, during which the Only Judge ensures that Isni Kilaj has been informed of the reasons for his arrest and that his rights under Law and Order are being respected, among which the right to judicial representation” is said in the statement.
Kilaj has been arrested yesterday in Kosovo, while today she has been transferred to Kosovo's Specialised Shoms Pre-primation Target.
