Israel says it has divided Gaza into two parts

Israeli troops have divided the Gaza Strip into two parts and continued the ongoing bombings Sunday evening, Israeli Protection Forces spokesman (IDF), Daniel Hagari, said.

Hagari said Israeli troops reached the coastline by dividing the enclave into the northern “Gase and southern Gaza”.

The town of Gaza, the largest in this territory, is now completely surrounded, he added.

We will continue to allow a corridor so that residents of northern Gaza and Gaza City can move south. This is the one-way corridor south”, he stressed.

Meanwhile, there are reports that phone and internet services have again been suspended in Gaza.

The Palestinian Red Cross said that “this is the third time” that disrupt these services in Gaza since the start of the war and that it has lost contact with its teams as a result.
