Power and opposition are not finding consensus about dialogue, even though the new plan that included the draft association statute is very close to signing by Prime Minister Kurti.
Opposition parties have declared they are willing to co-operate with the Government as far as confronting Serbia in dialogue.
According to LDK deputy Arben Gashi, Prime Minister Kurti is not interested in having co-operation with the opposition, but only in signing the agreement from Serbia.
We must have access to the document and form our opinion on the authentic information we receive from the document. An interesting fact is that part of the power deputies have claimed to have seen the document. The government is creating a non-confidence situation”, Gashi told RTV21
Vetevendosje MP Life Statovci assured the opposition that Prime Minister Kurti will not accept anything that undermines the constitutional order.
There will be no step forward without seeing all MPs in the Parliament, the prime minister has a history in rejecting issues that are not in the interest of Kosovo. Seriousness in the common goal, but never at the expense of constitutionality.
Kosovo needs the ongoing political consensus on dialogue assessing Arber Fetah from the group for Political and Juridic Studies.
According to him, no unity in dialogue is new because it has been used as bait for the benefit of votes by representatives of power and opposition.
Consensus is necessary in front of Serbia. There is something new about not being united in dialogue. The topics that have been the unity of political parties have been rare. Dialogue has been used as a kind of bait for winning votes.
The opposition has asked the government to report to the Parliament before any meeting in Brussels with the Serbian side.
During this week, the meeting is held between Kosovo's chief negotiators and Serbia, where agreement implementation and the situation in the country's north will be discussed.
