Evacuated by Gaza, Albanian mother, and her four minor children are in Egypt

5 Albanian citizens have been evacuated from the war in Gaza.

Albania's Foreign Minister Igli Hasani in a report has suggested that the first Albanian citizens mother and four minor children have managed to leave Gaza after nearly three weeks of effort.

Already they are safe in Egypt, while continuing procedures for their return to Albania as soon as possible.

Minister Hasani's Reaction

After three weeks of effort and hardship, the first Albanian citizens, a mother and her four minor children finally left Gaza territory.

They are already safe in Egypt as we proceed with procedures for their return as soon as possible to Albania.

Gratitude to the Israeli and Egyptian authorities for co-operation, as well as to fellow Albanian embassies in Israel and Egypt for good work in this complex situation and operation.

We are working closely with authorities on the quick and safe return of other Albanian citizens to Gaza.
