Democratic League of Kosovo Chairman Lutfi Haziri said the European Union is discussing punitive measures against Serbia.
According to Haziri, the measures that are under discussion are also severe.
“We are under punitive measures, it has become clear to Mr. Kurti that without the assessment of tangible progress, it is said in the Kosovo dialogue report for normalisation, there are no punitive measures. Measures are being discussed for Serbia, it is very true, even very severe at least”, Haziri has declared.
He has also said Serbia will not survive EU sanctions following the September 24th terrorist attack on Banjska, but according to him, part of the investigation is once under way.
Because Serbia will face the September 24th investigation report, so every time we mention it, we just make our partners nervous, because they are doing the part of the investigation work. It is another report with Serbia, it will not house it, it will not save Serbia from it in any way. That they're willing to negotiate this job, maybe more or less, but we're in our plight, and when we're in our trouble, we have to be on guard”, Has Haziri declared himself at Debat Plus.
