The Constitutional Court has announced that by 7 votes “for” and one against it has ruled that paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 4 (foundal products), Article 2, 5 (temporary safeguard clauses), paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 of Article 8 and Article 2 Article 9. 08/ L-179 for Co-ordination Measures of Founding Products at Special Trade Destabilisation Cases, are not in line with Article 1's paragraph 7 [Velrat], Article 10 [Economia] and Article 5 paragraph 119 [General Principles] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo;
It has also ascertained, with seven (7) votes per and one (1) against, that Article 10 (entering into force) of Law No. 08/ L-179 for Co-ordination Measures of Founding Products at Special Trade Destabilisation Cases, is not in line with Article 1 paragraph 7 [Velrat] and Article 1 paragraph 119 [General Scripture] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo;
At the fourth point of the verdict, the Constitution has decided to declare invalid, with seven (7) votes per and one (1) against, in its entirety, Law No. 08/ L-179 for Co-ordination Measures of Foundation Products at Special Trade Destabilisation Cases, and has unanimously refused demand for provisional measure
