European Union for Foreign Policy and Security High Representative Josep Borrell has chaired today's meeting between the EU and the foreign ministers of the Western Balkans. After the meeting, he said the state of the Western Balkan states is in the EU.
So Borrell was expressed in <x0X”, from which he said the EU wants to advance the region's integration into their decision making.
“Heading ministerial appointment The EU and the Western Balkans this evening with 6 regional ministers. We want to advance the region's integration into our decision-making, including foreign and security policy already ahead of membership.
