Kosovo chief negotiator Besnik Bislimi and Serbia's Petar Petkov will meet in Brussels.
The meeting had Kosovo's deputy prime minister warned him himself at a news conference.
At the same time Tuesday, the EU Special Emissary for Kosovo- Serbia Miroslav Lajcak said this meeting is being held as a preparation for the 16 November meeting.
After meeting with Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, he said that what he calls the <x0way ahead in dialogue and the further steps needed to implement the deal on the road to normalisation” were discussed.
Meanwhile, the director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's government Petar Petkovovic said happy that talks on the draft association are under way.
