An Albanian citizen has been executed with firearms today in Ecuador.
Media Ecuadorans report that it is 53-year-old Aryanit Rizaj, who was killed with firearms in front of hospital “Louis Vernaza” in Guayaquil, where he had accompanied his wife and himself was standing inside the parked car.
Residents and some local vendors who saw the event closely told the police that, in the direction of the Albanian, it was shot by a white motorcycle on which two people were moving. The authors fled in an unknown direction after committing the murder.
According to early information from Ecuador's National Police, killers have used a 9 mm calibre fire gun.
Initially Rizaj was sent to the hospital emergency “Louis Vernaza”, and then to the clinic “Panamericana”, where doctors tried to keep him alive, but the wounds caused by the firearm were severe causing him death.
The wife of 53-year-old Albanian has declared to investigators that she saw the scene very close.
She told the officers that she did not know the motive of the attack on her husband. According to her, Rizaj did not work because he did not have valid documents in Ecuador, so he survived with the money sent by his family from Albania, or his brother living in Canada.
The murder has occurred on the same day with the arrest of cocaine traffic boss Dritan Rexhepi, who has been cuffed today in Turkey, however, is not known whether they are related to each other.
