AGK condemns the attack by Vushtrri from the “team Insult”

A portal team “Isander” was attacked Friday in Vushter by a local imam, reported to this portal AGK.

Reporter Dillise Prenqi and cameraman Albert Bislimi have been attacked at the “mosque. Sheikh Zayed” from Hodge Bedri Halili, after going to talk to him about some published online statements that are heard to offend women, saying that they should not be organised “dasma for krvva”.

According to the journalist Preniqi's statement, upon realizing the question, imam Halili physically attacked him.

The AGK, considers physical assault on the journalists' team serious and unacceptable, which has jeopardised their security and hampered professional work development. Despite the fact that the attack has continued even in the presence of the police, the imam has been released after interviewing by the prosecutor's order.

AGK calls on justice bodies to address the case with priority, and to hold the person who physically assaulted journalists responsible.
