Vuciqi and Putin attended the international forum of the Chinese initiative “Belt and Road” in Beijing.
This is the first time they have met in the same country since Russia began its full invasion of Ukraine in March 2022.
Serbia is the target of criticism from the European Union because it is refusing to impose sanctions on Russia for the invasion of Ukraine. / REL/
