Syla: It turns out Albin Kurti accepts Association in principle, but doesn't accept it until he's signed.

Valon Syla, a journalist, has said in T7 that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is in principle accepting the Association of Serb majority municipalities.

But Syla says Kurt is throwing “top at Vuchiqi”.

And what we're seeing is that Kurt is taking it all, but the ball is throwing it at Vucinqi, saying without signing it he has no competition, which means that neither does he.”, Syla said.

The Kosovo government through a communique Thursday has indicated that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has accepted the Constitutional Brussels Agreement on February 27th 2023 and the Ohrid Implementation Annex on March 18th 2023.

Kurti has held meetings with senior European officials all day, telling leaders that only signing means implementing the agreement.

” These agreed documents are a joint success with the European Union. The agreement must be implemented in all, unconditionally, without delay”, said the Government's announcement

As the Kosovo government shows, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has rejected this by giving an excuse.

Serbia's” President Vuciq has refused to sign an agreement with Kosovo, and has demanded that a side letter be accepted with which he practically breaks three principles of the Base Agreement, the Implementation Annex, as well as the draft proposed by five emissaries on October 21st, 2023<1>, is said in the Government's announcement.
