In an X post, he says Serbia has reduced its number of forces at the border with Kosovo.

Grenelli says this is good news and that Prime Minister Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani must set a date for elections in the north and start procedures for establishing association.

This morning I hear directly from the defence minister in Serbia that they welcome KFOR's added presence, as well as dramatically lowering the number of Serb troops along their border. That's great news. Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani now must choose a date for elections in the north and establish the Association of Serbian municipalities.
