Dusan Maksimovic, Vladimir Tolic and Blagoje Spasojevic, who are suspected of the September 24th terrorist attack on Zvecan Bay, have continued the detention measure for another two months.
The news of Albanian Post has confirmed the Constitutional Court's spokeswoman in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi.
The Special Department has approved the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, so that the defendants V.T., B.S. and D.M., have been continued the detention measure in length of 2 (two) months, for each of the”, Gashi has told the AP.
The three suspects for the terrorist attack in Banja have been on detention since 26 September this year.
An armed group on Sunday 24 September had attacked the Kosovo Police in Bay in Zvecan, leaving the sergeant dead, now the hero Africa Bulnjak.
Kosovo authorities have directly accused Serbia of standing behind this terrorist attack, while chief criminal Milan Radojicic ) has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Radojicic was arrested Tuesday by Serbian authorities, but the same day he was released from custody.
Western countries, including the United States and the European Union, have condemned this attack until they have demanded that those responsible be brought to justice.
