Even LDK sends the Law for KPMSHCK to Constitution

After the PDK, even the LDK has submitted to the Constitutional Court the Law for the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service, which was adopted last week.

In a Facebook post, LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi has said this law is in constitutional violation in some of his main pillars.

The constitutional judiciary is the pillar of guaranteeing the democratic system, and this call for a deepening assessment is the first step towards further security of our democracy. We must maintain the integrity of the Constitution and build a more just and transparent society”, he wrote.

This morning, the PDK has also submitted the Law for KKPSHCK to Constitution.
