Speaking of Sunday's terrorist attack in the country's north, former Kosovo Security Force Colonel Africa Veselini says it can be repeated again. That, according to him, will be done until the end of dialogue with Serbia.
It says Serbia's tendency is to secede the north from Kosovo, but that it says it will not allow law organs and international factor.
I think that even in the near future until the agreement with Serbia ends, Serbia's security bodies will therefore try to create such crisis situations in the country's north. They will at any cost try not to have agreements and the northern part of the country will be cut off, but their existing plan will not be realised by thanks to our law bodies and the strong support we have from the international community, responsible for the United States of America and NATO”, says Wessel.
Speaking of confiscated weapons in the north, Wessel sees their use necessary. He sees this as “gift” from the Serbian state. These tools, according to him, come from Raska.
The code of the Criminal Procedure considers them to be material evidence of this terrorist group, but I hope our court will complete them and those tools are provided in the use of security organs. Many would like those vehicles to be given to our police, either Special Unit, while ammunition and other military equipment are provided to KSF. Units that had to give to the Special Unit boys as a gift from the Serbian state and if they have any more let them bring us all in. The entire weapon is of the Serbian Army and gendarmerie and the source is from Raska”.
While lawyer Ardian Bajraktari says that for the use of combat means, the outcome of the trial is not necessary. He says the Code of Criminal Procedure allows it.
“Based on what we've seen at the scene there have been two categories of tools that have been used to either conduct criminal or similar acts, and in this direction are the first category, weapons and other equipment that may be exploited by institutions. This defines the respective provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, even these weapons can be confiscated without the need to be expected the epilogue of the judicial process, the guilt or innocence of defendants” respectively, Bajraktari says, while for autoblogues, the outcome of the process is required
“While for other tools, the final epilogue of the process should be expected, so that they can be used on the part of institutions and that option also enables the provisions of the Penal Procedure Code at the request of the prosecutor, the same can be given to the Government, and the latter decides on the design of these”, Bajraktari says. / EO
