Serbian Forum for Ethnic Relations Chairman Dusan Janjic has said that talks between Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti with European leaders in Brussels, though concluded without agreement, somehow showed a change in work methodology and de facto format, because the messages of Europeans, Americans and British have already been harmonised.
“KU The INT helped, assisted, but now KUINT is directly involved, which means they (Londra, Washington and Brussels) reach a message and send it in a voice. Before, it was Germany sent a message, Moghrin sent another, a third... and so did Catherine Ashton. When a message comes, this is the experience not only of the Balkans, then these, let's say new players like these are ours in relation to this, adapt and have no room for maneuvering”, Janjiqi said.
He says the events of September 24th in the village of Banjsk of the Zvecan municipality are “colatreal of wrong policies”.
I'm going to repeat what I said the very night Vuchy came up with this story. If he didn't know, it's even worse. That means he is not at the level to be president of the country and control the process. And if he knew and didn't prevent this, then he has the responsibility and, if he knew or participated in part, which is true, then surely he's now leading this policy you have two options, one is a policy of getting angry like Dodik and finally taking civil rights and all. That is what Milosevic has done, to bomb and to be tried in some special mechanism or other possibility, in which Belgrade appears to be going too slowly to co-operate”, Janjzic said.
According to him, the purpose of the action in Banjska was to plan the uprising, which was thwarted.
The “to wait for trial and will be seen as lighting a small fire, spreading it and keeping the security situation in the north as tense and then negotiating the change of borders”, Janjic has said.
Janjqi believes that the judgment of participants in the Banjska case will be conducted at the Special Court in Belgrade with EULEX monitoring.
The “will take place in Belgrade. The monitoring will be conducted by EULEX, but EULEX embassies will report to Kosovo authorities and transfer documents, and observers will be from all UNINT countries. This is just one detail, what's most important here is the prevention that you don't repeat something like that in”, has ended Dusan Janjiq.
Commenting on the way the evacuation of an armed Serb group, which, according to claims by Prime Minister Albin Kurti at the time, were surrounded by Kosovo police officers, Janzic says it is clear that their evacuation has agreed with KFOR.
