“We reject the disgusting call of the UN General Assembly for a 148x1>, Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen wrote on X, the platform previously known as Twitter.

The UN General Assembly voted on Friday to adopt a resolution calling for an immediate interruption of hostilities in the war between Israel and Hamas.
A total of 120 countries voted in favour of the resolution, while 14 countries, including the US and Israel, voted against it. Another 45 countries abstained from voting.
In a speech following the adoption of the resolution, Israeli Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan said “... We have all been witnesses that the UN no longer has a legitimacy or significance”.
The international community's “Most have indicated that it prefers to support the protection of Nazi terrorists instead of supporting the legal state of Israel to protect its civilians”, he said.
