Hill for implementation of the deal: The right elements are on the table, this is the way forward

US Ambassador Christopher Hill during his speech under a panel at the Security Conference in Belgrade has said that the solution to Kosovo reports must be political. He has said the EU Negotiator (Miroslav Lajcak) has brought the relevant elements to the negotiating table.

We need to sit down and find what's right. I think the negotiator (Lajcak) has brought something quite good, which is a kind of status for Serbs in the north, the Association of Serb majority municipalities, in exchange for greater internationalisation for Kosovo. I think both parties need this. I think these are the right elements on the table. Other elements can be brought in, but for now this is the right way to walk and I hope we can get out of this” Hill said.

The American diplomat here has referred to the sequence plan that both sides were put on the table during the September 14th meeting, which we agreed on.
