Haxhiu: We have presented facts and evidence that following the attack on Banjska lies Serbia

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has declared at the Ministerial organised in Skopje that Banjska's case on September 24th is an attack on the constitutional order and sovereignty of Kosovo, peace and security in the region, for which evidence and evidence that they are linked and supported by Serbia. It before representatives of the institutions of the European Union and other countries in the region has praised the reactions of various acts that have condemned the September 24th terrorist attack in northern Kosovo, as well as the resolution adopted in the European Parliament, which condemns the act.
Minister Haxhiu invited all countries to line up and condemn such terrorist attacks and contribute to justice and peace.
“Need for bilateral judicial co-operation of our states in the region, to preserve peace, security and stability, is a must for each of us and that the Republic of Kosovo remains committed to co-operating for the preservation of peace and security, and other issues of common interest”, the justice minister said.
Rule of law and reform in justice, the fight against corruption, as well as the joint action against Russian aggression in Ukraine, were three topics for which Minister Haxhiu has discussed in this Ministerial.
Haxhiu stressed that Kosovo is fulfilling its obligations stemming from the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, between Kosovo and the EU, and that achievements in the area of rule of law have also been recorded by bilateral international reports and indexes.
Minister Haxhiu has cited the results, where according to “World Justice Project” Kosovo ranks at the top of the countries with the greatest progress for 2022, the EU Country Report 2022, the progress noted for 20 countries higher by “Transparency International”, as well as the “Freedom House” report, which ranked Kosovo first in the Western Balkans, the second in Europe and the third to the world level.
As for Kosovo's stance, the measures and actions taken against Russian aggression in Ukraine, Haxhiu has cited the fact that 11 EU sanctions on Russia and Belarus have so far been adopted, and that they have supported US sanctions on these countries, in an initiative to express Kosovo's stance on their impact on the current situation.
Otherwise, the Justice and Home Affairs Minister was organised by the European Union Council under Spain's leadership.
