German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock will visit Albania tomorrow, where she will meet with Kosovo and Serbia's foreign ministers, at a time when tensions have increased following the terrorist attack in the north.

Meetings in Albania are part of the Berlin Process, which began in 2014 to boost co-operation among the six Western Balkan countries.
