 Such resolutions of our assembly appear at lightning speeds, sometimes as an extension of the crisis' nails in northern Kosovo, sometimes as the daily policy of the lowest kind with Milosevic's victims in Kosovo, even as far as Bosnia, even as calling to stage for Enver's victims, to fight with the government in the XXI-century parliament. Which plans fit this category of motions for debate and pre-conventional rowing, with body barricades like that of the last session, and on charges of treason and traitors? The democratic world not once! Fortunately, at the same time unfortunately for Albania, the world from which these extreme political despairs come belongs to another planet from ours, which has recently taken its deserved name: Planet NonGrata!

2. News of the assassination of Kosovo police effective at the helm of office was like a bomb that exploded with the shocking force of an unequivocal signal The escalation of conflict on that scene, which has long produced tension that systematically reverses the process of normalisation dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia and ignites the old lamp of the Balkan crisis in the eyes of the democratic world. Further development of the post-explosion event had the view of an archive material from the war of the breakup of the former Yugoslavia, where the driving of Serb criminals to a monastery was like an extremely provocative invitation to bring armed conflict to a non-returned point and produced hallucinating alibis of self-protection from the imaginary terror of the state of Kosovo.

The end of the event was exemplary, thanks to the actions of Kosovo security forces, which did not fall into the desired trap by organisers, but with admirable coolness and high professionalism, neutralised the risk of expanding the unpredictable duration of the conflict, responding to the best and fairest possible provocation of the Serbian criminal group.

While the epilogue of the event, the announcement of national mourning by the Belgrade authorities for criminals eliminated from Kosovo security forces, was the vivid example of the shadow of the past, which has been co-existing with Serbia since its 1999 final defeat in Kosovo, just like the shadow that follows man everywhere, as light comes out.

 How did Albania react through the Albanian government to that criminal event, as tragic for the loss of the life of an honest and innocent servant of the state of Kosovo, as significant as the risk of a further escalation of the conflict in northern Kosovo?

 For the first time in at least 10 years, Albania did not comply with the European Union's statement.

 That statement was strictly for Kosovo and its duties in the dialogue process. No font for Serbia.

 3. It should be very clear too, that we didn't make a gesture of internal electoral consumption ) As they have long since and unfortunately, a series of government gestures in Pristina in relation to the normalisation dialogue, including our government, through second and third voices we were maintaining a principled and political stance, in the post of encouraging Brussels, to ensure a unified attitude of the 27 member states regarding the event and Belgrade's unacceptable attitude towards it. I feel, but this approach to such a serious problem seems to me like the alibi to keep the source of conflict alive and not as logical concern for the sovereignty of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, whose strongest and most undisputed guarantee is NATO presence, not the crowds of rioters with public profiles and false profiles, who fight in the ways of communication in these cases!

KFOR is not an invading army in Kosovo, is it the unit of international rescuers of Kosovo or do they not remember all of this? And there's also the possibility that your time goes by and when the other guy's back has been on you for many years, after he's saved your head, that he's been telling you that danger is gone, even if you've saved his head without anyone's help, so it may seem as long as the one guarding you is actually spying on you for the account of the one who saved your head! But the simple fact is that KFOR will continue to stay in Kosovo, until the normalisation dialogue with Serbia is carried out successfully, final peace is guaranteed and Kosovo is finally recognised as state by all. So who sees Kosovo's sovereignty threatened by my request for KFOR, should explain why the border net in the north is broken from four sides?

How do countless weapons get into that area for years now?

What guarantees is there that killing the police effective won't happen again, far worse? What is the alternative path of progress in dialogue mediated by strategic allies to ensure legal order, calm and full state sovereignty in that territory? And, above all, for which reason in the world so much energy, time and credit of Kosovo, in such a disappointing way, both the real results of the dialogue and the strategic allies of Kosovo, while the real problem is that the very state sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo can be hurt by such a course is not the imaginary damage to sovereignty from the considerable growth of KFOR troops and the real control of that territory, where every day could bring new anti-state trouble to the Republic of Kosovo!

8. I have a friend, Albin Kurt, more than Ramush Haradinaj, with whom in a segment of this journey I have faced a personal conflict when he was prime minister. And with Albin I have never had any personal problems, even at my personal level, I enjoy every conversation with him. But, with Kosovo's current prime minister, I have global dyvergence about how they achieve common national goal. Therefore, the friendly relationship has not stopped me from seeing others before, and there is no way that I am here today, that I do not have, nor do I express degrees that are inextricably linked to my duty as Albanian prime minister, not to me as a person. But also the fact that with Ramush we've had a break in friendship, there's no way I can prevent Ramush from expressing myself here, in public, my great disgust, for a video propagandist shared in recent days through the keyboards of digital civil war, where Ramush appeared knocking his glasses at a cocktail with representatives of the Serbian List and became a piece of his patriotic slush trolls!

You know what? Ramush Haradinaj, like any other commander who has seen the blood in the face of friends killed by fascist Serbia's bullets and like any fighter who has won the war with real weapons with Serbia, by burying brothers and war friends killed and risking to take even the enemy's bullet into the forehead, and there is no imaginary struggle to do, by opening digital graves in fejsbuk for those who think otherwise, without risk, hiding behind a false witness or profile, there is no way of having a problem with Kosovo Serb deputies in a completely common cocktail, even in the presence of the media, as I could see that there was a shameful attack with this kind of means again. But at least it's good that theorists and the interns of electoral patriotism hear it today, that there is no greater honor for me in relation to Kosovo, than to be co-accused with Hashim Thaci as a traitor and there is no greater evidence than this common indictment with Hashim, for the short-term light and for the historic irresponsability of its composers. 10. Kosovo should sit side by side with Albania at the UN and on all tables of the Euro-Atlantic community, Albania should make its own for Kosovo and for peace. That's what you're doing and that's what I'm gonna do. Nothing less. Whoever doesn't understand today doesn't mind, he'll know tomorrow. But today, I have everyone who understands me when I speak for peace, but I don't hear it, because I listen to Ronald Reagan, who says to me, peace is not a lack of conflict, but peace is the only way to deal with conflict peacefully; because I listen to Desmond Tutun, who tells me that if you want peace, you don't have to talk to your friends, you don't have to talk to your enemies; because I listen to Albert Kamyne, who says, peace is the only way worth fighting for you to start it yourself; because listen to Lincoln, who tells me, the best way to make him a friend, and I don't bother you, because I don't even listen, and I don't listen, and I't listen to get all the people say it't say it't say it't say it't give you any good time, that've got them to drive.
