Rama in a Twitter post has praised Kurti on the issue, saying the <x0-locked solution” for association will be made through self-insistance instruments as a framework for the following negotiations.
“This is a truly key point”, Rama has said, adding that leaders in Kosovo and Serbia should show leadership and work closely without further delays in implementing the Base Agreement and normalising relations.
Our region deserves peace, stability and co-operation for a better future, not conflicts, guilt games and setbacks that harm us all.”, Rama said.

I commend Kosovo's prime minister for accepting the EU proposal to move decisively towards a unblocking solution regarding the AKSHS, through single instruments as a framework for the following negotiations. This is a real key point. The leaders of Kosovo and Serbia must show leadership and work closely, without any further delays, with Western allies of the region immediately implementing the Base Agreement on normalisation of relations. Our region deserves peace, stability and cooperation for a better future, not conflicts, guilt games, and backlogs that harm us all.
