Special Intervention Unit ( NISI, also known as FIT, whose members oust pre-militars on September 24th in Zvecan, is considering provisional departure from Kosovo police due to dissatisfaction with the Government in relation to their demands.

But, as Albanian Post realizes from sources within this entity, another reason for potentially leaving police has to do with Banja action day, when a group of heavily armed terrorists were introduced from Serbia, who killed police sergeant Africa Bulnjak.

Information within NISI says members of this elite group often referred to as “the police headquarters” have realized that not everything was clearly conveyed to them on 24 September, and some things in the political chain that affected their work on the ground had been scrapped.

Is the flight going to happen? AJS from the police will be understood by the following days and will depend on the clarification of these uncertainties and the fulfillment of their demands by the Kosovo government.

To show the seriousness of their protest, NESI members have not responded positively to even the invitation of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, who organised the traditional eternal meal of “Lams” at Special Units Station “Enver Zymberi” in the north.

The absence of NESI was also observed by photos published by Osman himself on Facebook on the evening occasion, where no member of this elite police group was seen present.

Kosovo police have several special units, starting with the Fast Response Unit, Special Operations Unit and others, but the roof unit within the Special Unit is exactly NIS.

To the capacity of skills, but also the weapons, NISS is the most prepared and equipped group, possessing snipers and other heavy calibration weapons within the group.

Special police units are distinguished by the color of uniforms. NISI members, unlike other groups, have green-coloured clothing typical of military uniforms. They are also the only group that appears in public mostly in facial masks.

From the presidency, NESI's absence at Lama's dinner has tried to present it as coincidence, but from the sources of the Albanian Post within the police it is understood that with the members of this elite group negotiated until the last moments they were present, but they refused.

“wa has made it clear that if requirements are not met, we issue ranks”, the AP source has continued, saying they have been lied constantly by government officials.

It is not the first time NESI has become the initiator of improving police conditions.

Even before, it was the same unit, then known as the FIT, that had enabled additional risks for police, which were stopped by the current government again.

Police requests concerning conditions have already been made clear by the Kosovo Police Union.

That's 10.

The union has also submitted a petition with 5 thousand and 623 signatures to the parliamentary Commission for Human Rights.

In addition to meeting basic needs, since it has been known in the police there are cases of lack of clothing and clothing, police require “wage licenses, additional job riskability, additions for particular jobs, rankings for civil staff, monthly spending and end-year reward for good performance”.

Also required are <x0hor retirement salaries, lowering work experience from 0.5 to 0.55 for the first 15 years, health insurance and life insurance, as well as the Kosovo Police Retirement Law”.

As for dissatisfaction and uncertainty about the events of September 24th is another discussion, shared by the working conditions, which the Special Intervention Unit expects to make with the political level of the state leadership.

In terms of payments for additional hours, Albania, for example, has resolved this issue with an normative act spent in the Government of Albania, where not only additional hours are paid, but with immediate and retroactive effect, additional hours have been paid from the past.

The payments for extra hours, Albanian Interior Minister Taulant Balla, said that “not only will it be conducted, but will personally follow”.

Additional hours of police and risklessness are paid to any police in the countries of the region.
