Togo's chief of diplomacy, Robert Dussey, has indicated that attracting recognition of Kosovo's independence is “concluded” in a recent statement.
This state had recognised the independence of the Republic of Kosovo in 2014. But now it turns out that he has really changed his attitude.
We know only one Serbia, the unique one in Togo. I'm glad you mentioned attracting recognition of Kosovo, that attraction is final,” Dusey said.
He added that 54 African states constituted a third of the UN member states, complaining that Serbian diplomacy for a moment had left Africa to return through Ivica Dacic.
And he added, meanwhile, that after his visit to this state, Togoja had decided to withdraw recognition of Kosovo.
Dussey would also meet with Serbian President Vuciq and Foreign Minister Brnabiq.
