Serbia's former president, Boris Tadic, has reacted on Twitter, saying the proposed agreement on resolving Kosovo's status could help its membership in the UN, even though it is not openly stated in the text.
He has added that it is unacceptable for President Vucic to express readiness to accept the agreement without consulting the country's institutions. Movement Dveri and coalition have also revealed this problem NADA, where Dveri wants an emergency Assembly session, where MPs will be notified of the contents of the agreement.
However, the president of the Social Democrat League of Vojvodina, Bojan Kostres, is the only one who has asked Serbia's president to sign the Franco-German plan for Kosovo, writes N1, Kankosova.tv.
“Based on my remarks to the agreement being offered, once again I publicly say such an agreement can enable Kosovo's membership in the UN, even if it is not explicitly stated in its” text, Tadic wrote on Twitter.
