Chelsea has reached a verbal agreement to borrow Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid, reports Merkatos expert Orstein.
An agreement has not been signed, but Premier League team is expected to pay an 11m-euro fee, which is lower than their counterparts originally wanted in La League.
There has been interest by Manchester United and Arsenal, but Felix is determined to choose Chelsea after he's withdrawn from their project.
