The Pristina FC through a communique has announced that it will not vote on this draft state in the extraordinary Assembly of January 27th.
According to them, this draaf-statu contains many violations.
This is their full announcement, without interference:
“Football Club The FC Pristina” through this communique reports it will not vote on the draft state proposed by the Kosovo Football Federation. Our club has ample reason not to vote on this draft, which you can read as follows:
The multiple shortcomings and the introduction of articles in this draft, ultimately to keep current FFK officials functioning, excluding the possibility of any changes in the NFF's leadership structures for the longer term. Most comments have been distributed by other clubs and we do not want to repeat them.
The whole process of preparation and drafting has been characterised with irregularities, lack of transparency, as well as lack of consultations with clubs. In fact, it is quite unclear who drafted this statute and who appointed the “working group”, which has prepared this draft by not consulting club representatives for a moment and in this case FC Pristina.
The Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports, one of the reasons for failing to license the NFF, mentions irregularities in organising the Federation's past Assembly. Instead of improving past mistakes, The WFK continues with the organisation of another Parliament, continuing with irregularities as in the past. This suggests that the likelihood of overcoming the situation and licensing the NKC is minimal, if not existing.
In fact, FC Pristina considers this statute to be the smallest problem facing Kosovo football currently. The non-licension of the FFK has resulted in the inability to implement the law for sponsorisation that is the most positive impact on Kosovo football since the internationalisation of our football at UEFA and FIFA.
Instead of taking urgent steps to resolve this situation in order to avoid the total bankrolling of our clubs, it deals with smuggling efforts of a statute, which in their minds provides eternal functions, endless material benefits, and very little work as they have done so far.
In the end, FC Pristina will never justify with its vote the destruction that is being done to this sector by the FFK, which is the only federation in the world that focuses on fighting clubs that it represents.
The FC Pristina will never agree to trade the future of generations of our children, to keep people in place who have the only vision of development and football progress at the expense of the prospect of children and young Kosovars who love football and want to grow up in a healthy environment, surrounded by hopes of success.
