Blues announced the arrival of Portuguese from Atletico Madrid on loan until the end of the season today.
Chelsea's coach, Potter believes his team has managed to provide a quality talent.
“He's a quality player, he can make the difference. Young but experienced well. He's a quality player who gives everyone a” lift, Potter said.
“It was good we got him in training today and we'll see if he can play on Thursday”, he concluded.
