The indictment has been announced Thursday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina by Judge Avni Syla, reports “The Justice Vow”.
Under the Malaj conviction for criminal work “attempted murder” has been sentenced to 3 years in prison, while for criminal action “keeping ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” has been sentenced to 500 euros in fines.
While accused Yusenovic of criminal work “heavy bodily assault” has been sentenced to 1 year in prison.
Judge Syla said that if fine sentences are not paid on the deadline, accused Malaj will be replaced by days of prison.
In prison sentences, accused Malaj will also be counted as the time spent in custody and in house arrest, as well as the same house arrest measures were interrupted.
The knife was also confiscated as a means of committing criminal acts.
The accused are also obliged to pay the procedural expenses, and that is only 100 euros each for the judiciary and 50 euros for compensation to crime victims.

According to the indictment filed on July 27th, 2022 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, defendant Sadik Malaj on February 23rd 2022, about 14:45, in the backyard of the victim's home located in Obilic, has attempted to deprive defendant Yusen Yusenovic of life because of a conflict that had occurred at the “Sculeta” coffee shop.
Aktakuz says the defendant Malaj takes the kitchen knife, goes back to where he meets him in his backyard, which was about 100m away, and stabs him in the back once, where the knife blade is left on his back, while the knife handle throws it away and leaves the scene.
As a result, defendants are said to have caused serious bodily injuries to each other.
