The Slovak sponsor has rejected an offer to continue the contract with Inter, while his current contract expires at the end of the season.
Scrinar was also targeting the SPG in last year's summer term, but the Italian club refused any possibility of his departure.
So, “Le Parisien” reported this Friday that the 27-year-old has verbal agreements with the Ligue 1 champions to join them in the summer as a free footballer.
However, it is not ruled out that Scrinar will be transferred to “Parc des Princes” even during the current winter term.
According to the French medium, Inter may be forced to sell the former Sampdoria defender this month to benefit slightly financially.
Paris Saint-Germainin is said to be willing to pay up to 15m euros for the transfer of Scrinari now.
