The Light Club's response to the FFK's draft statue: This process has serious violations, you know what you're voting for.

The NFF will seek to approve this Statut at an extraordinary Assembly on January 27th, writes Periscope.

Against this draft, warned by the NK has also come out in public the FC Light football club, where through a Facebook post, it has shown why they do not support this draft.

Also, FC Light wins all clubs to give their remarks about this draft.

Dear delegates who will be participants in the extraordinary assembly of January 27, 2023!

Our FC dritía has carefully analyzed the FC Club, which is expected to be in order in the extraordinary assembly of the 2701.203.

We want this communiqué to announce to the entire football community that this process has serious violations of the statute and legal procedures that are counted by our club lawyers so I invite you to be aware of what you will vote on!

For the benefit of the club and football, we are continuing to invest, so with concern we are presenting some of the violations that have been recorded by the judges in the field:

1. There is no decision to establish the Commission for the drafting of the Comfortable Network of Sports Law under 30.1H Sports Fonts, are obliged to publish their decisions, the decision is not published on the Web site, and the Assembly delegate is not reported to the establishment and composition of this Commission.

2. Drift Stattuti is in complete opposition to the current Article 296 (The Status Admission Proposal Proposal Proposal must be made by FFK members supported by at least 20 NAK Assembly delegates and should be introduced in the pre-term (20 days before the establishment of the Assembly) and Article 62.

3. The draft station proposed by the NFF has been handed over to us with 17.01.2023 10 days before the Assembly that is opposed to Article 29.6 and Article 62 Stout's Change.

These are some of the procedures on calling that the extra-ordinary settlement for the adoption of the Statut, this Assembly has been called to MKRS recommendations for harmonisation of the Stattu Act with Law No. 20 03/24 of Sport, Mr.04/ L-075 for Change and Complete Law No.20/03/24 for Sport, Law No.06/L-15 for Change and Fulfilling Law No. 20 03/24 Changed Sports and Complete With Law No.04/L-075, Law No. 06/L-043 for Association Freedoms in Nongovernmental Organisations, Foundation and Procedures No. 032015 for the establishment and registration of private and private sports clubs, UEFA and FIFA State Administration and the Ethical Code of UEFA and FIFA.

This proposed Draft Statut does not meet the criteria required by the MKRS, rather only deepens even more legal violations, failure to meet the recommendations required by the MKRS.

Below, we are briefly presenting some of the observations that have long been recorded in the reading of this Drift Stattu.

1. Article 2 , paragraph 2 says: The heads and members of the permanent commissions can be members of the EC except those of the Reference Commission that cannot be part of the EC, and Article 3 says that members of each Commission to be appointed by the EC with the proposal of members of the FFK or president. Chairmans and members of permanent commissions are appointed for a four-year term. They can be learned or dismissed by the EC at any time without the Parliament's approval.

2. Article 28 , Delegates, is not included in representation of the Active Football Association one (1) delegates. The representation in the Assembly should have those who conduct football events, it is unreasonable that the Association of Coachs and the reference association be represented in the Parliament, but that there is no representation of the active footballers' association. It should also be determined who chooses these representatives, with the aim of preventing abuses and eliminating the conflict of interest as it is currently happening. No involvement in representation of football players is contrary to the Human Rights Charter and the Kosovo Constitution.

3. Article 30 points 4. It is against all legal principles for quorum, it says: After it is announced that the Parliament has been called and composed of this Statu, the quorum is not influenced by outgoing delegates. (This is absurd because there cannot be a decision if delegates abandon the Assembly and there is no decision without quorum).

4. Article 32 paragraph 8, points f, where it is said to have now been more active in organising football-member direct NFF in the last 5 years (This criterion does not apply for candidates for positions in independent commissions). This criteria are effective for many popular football names, the current draft proposal in Draft Statut that candidates for president, member of the EC, have already been active in football organisation .C. in the past five years is discriminatory criteria for all members of the FFK who in the last 4-5 years have invested millions of euros in Kosovo football, or cannot afford the glorious names of football such as Shaqir, Jaka, Mura, Hasi, Hasic, to run the position of leadership tomorrow because they are not active in the last 5K.

5. Article 35 points. It's contrary to U's statue EFA and FIFA and general judicial principles where it says the EC calls off an extraordinary settlement if more than 2/3 of the Assembly members make such a written request or more than 50% of the EC's positions become free. The proposed Kriter 2/3 in the Drift Statu for calling off the extraordinary Assembly is absurd because it is impossible to raise issues that may be urgent and important to members of the FFK. rate 1/3 is almost international criteria, is criterion UEFA and FIFA and the Kosovo Assembly meet at an extraordinary session with 1/3, while the FFK Assembly with 2/3 has no logic. Even on issues that need a simple vote, the rate of 2/3 is set that are contrary to the principles of democracy and decision making.

6. Article 43, paragraph 1, point d, which says, the supervision of the Secretary General's work that conflicts with U's statue EFA and FIFA.

7. Article 43, paragraph 1, point f, conflicts with Article 33 paragraph 2, Article 33 paragraph 1, 2, 4 and Article 40 paragraph 2, Article 46, dot 2, is in conflict with MKRS recommendations because it requires a working contract for the secretary based on the Republic of Kosovo Law.

8. Article 79, paragraph 2 and Article 80 points 1 and 2, is granted the right to clubs to decide for the TV rights of the leagues where they compete and decision to sponsor evil.

9. Article 88 transitional provisions are designed to continue mandates for EC members and to accommodate rates for themselves, where the president and EC eliminate the integrity criteria for their own.

Honored sportsmen, jurists engaged by FC “Dritia” have prepared amendments to the Duff stitut of the FFK, but the NGK has managed the Statural deadlines to deliver these amendments to the NFF's Drift Statistics.
