Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has reacted sharply today to Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his government, who did not allow Recak's chairman, Adem Ramadani (former KLA envoy) to speak at the memorial ceremony of the Recak massacre on Saturday.
“You must be unscrupulous and extremely ungrateful, like Albin Kurti, to prevent the word of freedom fighters and their presence in public activities”, Krasniqi said.
The government's <x0-seat ban on the word of Recak's former KLA fighter, Ademi Ramadani, at the Memorial Academy for the 24th anniversary of the Recak Massacre, only because he would mention Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselin in speech, unfortunately, is in the wake of the ongoing attacks this prime minister is making to our liberation war values and veterans<1>, he said.
Header The PDK said the error could be called when this action occurs once, but when something like that is repeated over and over again, then according to him, it is with intentional approach, with deliberate government policies.
“While, ironically, without shame, Albin Kurti composed only good words and elogues yesterday for Oliver Ivanoviqi, whom he was alive, himself charged with the murder and deportation of Albanians to Mitrovica during the war period. And after the war, Albin's beloved Ivanoviqi was the head of the “Bridge Fronties”, which by violence and terror have kept the town of Mitrovica” divided, he said.
I understand to some degree the historic jealousy of a fake veteran like Albin Kurti, but the humiliation of Kosovo Liberation Army veterans will never pass before us and the citizens of Kosovo. Shame!
