British journalist Tim Judah in an interview for Atlantic Council has talked about dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, the Franco-German proposal and expectations for an agreement this year.
Judah has said it believes that at the moment there is no political will to reach an agreement and that the Franco-German proposal is something new and different from the things proposed in the past.
He says it has consistently been talked about a type of recognition “de facto”, about association and a kind of autonomy.
If I had to bet if there was a deal next year, I'd bet there'd be no. I'd make a lot of money for this, but my feeling is there'd be”, Judah said.
