The 30-year-old signing would provide a team experience from the German capital, which is in competition in the League of Europe.
As for Leipzig, this club is interested in a former Real Madrid midfielder because of Danny Olmo's injury, which will remain out for weeks.
Since Isco is a free footballer, there is reportedly no rush to conclude the agreement before the end of the passing winter deadline.
