Haxhiu, who currently holds the post of justice minister, has said the charge against her is unfair and political.
Lekaj's lawyer, Arian Koci, has said he has been held in procedure on accusations and non-concret evidence.
Prosecutor Ilaz Beqiri has said material evidence confirms the indictment against the accused.
“in photodocumentation shows evidence that has been seized by defendants”, Beqiri said.
Beqiri has also said that sheets of excusing or turning items have been confused with the return of remains of tear gas tanks.
That's what he said he confirmed with the police, so he proposed Detective Officer Dean Rukoli's hearing.
The court approved this proposal. In line with ballistic expertise guidelines. The next session is scheduled for February 10th.
This case is being tried for the second time because Apel has turned it into retrial.
