Mykhailo Mudryk has been the biggest transfer of the month, with Chelsea paying Shakhtar Donetsk up to 100m euros.
The 22-year-old has been awarded an extremely long contract, which lasts until 2031, with reports suggesting it is to help Chelsea avoid violating the rules of “Fair Financial Play (FFP)”.
These developments are said to have encouraged” UEFA officials, and “Caught Offside” has exclusively discovered that the governing body is set to present a rule that would limit players to a five-year contract.
