16 times convicted. Who's Debran Hoxhaj Cobra, suspect in the Kukesan murder?

Kosovo police, have confirmed that the owner of the Cobra City club, Debran Hoxhaj, has been arrested after allegedly killing 31-year-old from Kukes.

Who is Dibran Hoxhaj known as “Cobra”?

Debran Hoxhaj, known as “Korbra”, is a name known to the police.
