Martha brings out her cell phone. She had taken many pictures that day. A pipe exploded two hours after the police arrived. The building says that the man had given the residence to a homeless Ukrainian woman. The Albanian reportedly loved her and persecuted her several times. “But the woman didn't want anything with her”, Martha says. Neighbors are shocked

Nobody in the building can and does not want to answer the question of who Ukrainian is, how long you live in there and what you do. Hardly one of the neighbors on the 9th floor answers when the bell rings.
