Meanwhile, in an interview published today in Monde, Ukrainian Defence Minister Olexei Reznikov stated that the war in Ukraine has entered the third “phasis” and Ukrainian military successes will have a “orteku” effect until the loss of the Russian army, reports abcnews.al.
“The anti-offensive campaign is the third phase,” said Reznikov as Kiev's forces rapidly advance in the country's eastern and southern regions and say they have recovered 3,000 square metres of territory since early September.
Three stages of War
The first phase in the war was Russians' braking. The second, setting a balance between them and the front, stabilising the front and testing their sustainability capabilities”, the minister said.
“Our staff has come up with a plan depending on the equipment we've received from our partners, we've started using the Himaras missile systems to destroy enemy logistical support lines, to destroy fuel and ammunition deposits, etc. It is the third phase of the war that began in the south and north of Kherson and Kharkiv,” he explained.
Complete Deliverance of Ukraine's Territorials
Ukraine's goal is to free all occupied territories “including Crime, Luhansk and Donetsk.
In addition to the full liberation of” of Ukraine's territories, Kiev requires compensation from the Russians and their war crimes sentences committed since the beginning of the invasion on February 24th.
Asked about the possibility of a long war, Reznikov refuses to make predictions, but says: “will be like an avalanche, will start to roll, roll and become bigger, bigger and bigger. And we'll see that the second largest army in the world will withdraw”.
