The Ukrainian Army General Staff has said its defence forces have liberated more than 20 villages on September 11th, in the areas of Harkiv and Donjack, east of Ukraine.
Russian missiles have hit these two areas and other regions, targeting key infrastructure, according to Ukrainian officials.
For electricity and water problems, it was reported in Harkiv, Sumi, Poltawa, Zaporizja and the Dnjipropetrovsk regions, which have disturbed the lives of millions.
Ukrainian officials have said Russia has hit the second largest Ukrainian thermal power plant TEC-5.
Zelensky has published a video showing this thermal power plant on Harkiv on fire.
In the late hours of 11 September, the situation has improved in several regions.
Zelensky has said Russia is targeting civilian infrastructure “to leave people without electricity and heat”.
Russian terrorists remain terrorists and continue to attack critical infrastructure. No military items were attacked, the only goal is to leave people without electricity and heat”, he said via a Twitter post.
Addressing Moscow, Zelensky said: "Do you think you can still scare us, break us or force us to do concessions?... The cold, the hunger, the darkness and the thirst do not frighten us and are not as deadly as your brotherhood and friendship. However, history will put everything in its place. We'll have gas, light, water and food... even without you!”
On the battlefield, the British Defence Ministry has said on September 11th that fighting is continuing around the towns of Izjumi and Kupiansk.
The Cupisk is of strategic importance to Russia, as Russian troops have been supplied to fight Ukrainian forces.
The Russian Defence Ministry has said on September 10th that the withdrawal from Izjumi and other areas is designed to strengthen the Russian Army in the Donjeck regions in the south.
That reasoning has been similar to that of March, when Russia has withdrawn from Kiev.
Ukraine's Commander General Valeriy Zaluzhniy has said on September 11th that Ukrainian forces have restored control of 3,000 square miles [3,000 sq km] from the start of the counteroffensiva in early September.
